The creator of The Boondocks, Aaron McGruder, wants to bring a live action movie to the big screen. Instead of a newer season on Adult Swim with the main characters like Huey and Riley, who are voiced by Regina King, he wants the live action film to focus on one of the crazier characters, Uncle Ruckus! He wants to tell Uncle Ruckus' background and family that we usually don't get on the show. The crazy thing is the creator wants to do his own funding by asking fans to help donate for the film, but of course he will reward each donation with different things, depending on amounts donated.
