Obama's presidential powers are no match for the web of little Spider-Man, the son of a White House staffer in the Outer Oval Office in October. 

For the second time, Time magazine has named President Obama its "Person of the Year."

It's been a monumental year for the president, as he's spearheaded key legislation and won re-election to the White House. “This one’s more satisfying than ’08,” he said, according to Time. “It wasn’t just about what I was going to do as President. It’s what I’ve done.”
