GUCCI MANE WANTED FOR ASSAULT
Reports say that Gucci Mane is wanted for assault after he allegedly hit a soldier over the head with a bottle. According to TMZ via WSBTV in Atlanta, the soldier -- who was only identified as James, said that he saw the rapper at a club on March 16th and asked if he could take a photo with him.
James has claimed that he was talking to Gucci's security and explaining that he was in the military when Gucci hit him in the head with a bottle -- which required James to have 10 stitches.
Lt. Jeff Cantin of the Atlanta Police Department said, "We do have an active warrant for Mr. Davis for aggravated assault. So I'm sure after he sees this, I'm sure he'll want to reach out and contact us."
FUTURE'S BABY MAMA WANTS MORE MONEY
According to TMZ.com, Jessica Smith -- the mother of Future's 10-year-old son wants more child support from the rapper -- because she believed that he lied to the judge about his net worth. As previously reported, the two struck a child support deal where the rapper agreed to pay $1662 a month for their son, which was predicated on his monthly income of $16 ,516. Shortly after they came to the agreement, Future bragged on TV that he carries over $25,000 in cash on him all the time, so Smith took that as a cue to ask for more money. She filed docs saying that the rapper/singer's income exceeds $50,000.
Carrying that much cash is just ridiculous...you think Warren Buffet or Oprah carry cash like that?
RAY J INVOLVED IN FIGHT BACKSTAGE AT CLUB NOKIA
Ray J was reportedly involved in a backstage fight backstage at Club Nokia in L.A. According to E! News, the singer's manager said that he didn't starter the fight with the woman -- who is apparently Suge Knight's niece, who has claimed that Ray called her a "fat b*tch." Ray's J's manager David Weintraub said, "First this woman comes up and starts screaming at Ray J that she got pushed out of the way, which never happened, that turned into a screaming match backstage in Too Short's dressing room. That just escalated and escalated. He apologized to her, tried to diffuse the situation, but she wouldn't listen and she kept going crazy."
Weintraub said that Ray J "tried to be nice and reason with her, but she wouldn't accept the apology."
During all the chaos, Weintraub said that Ray J then got "sucker-punched by (rapper) Bad Azz. That is when the fight happened" -- adding that the fight stems from animosity from an "old, old fight from 10 years ago."
EVELYN LOZADA FILES CEASE AND DESIST AGAINST CHAD JOHNSON
Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada filed a cease and desist letter to ex Chad Johnson for harassing her online. According to TMZ, sources close to Ev said that her lawyer sent the letter Thursday (March 21st) after Chad blasted Evelyn on Twitter -- insinuating that she was gold digger and accusing her of cheating on him with someone from YMCMB while they were married.
Sources say that Evelyn never cheated on Chad and if she doesn't stop tweeting about her, she will get a restraining order. The site also reported that the prosecutor's office overseeing Chad's criminal domestic violence case with Evelyn is aware of the situation and as is concerned.
Chad is due in court today (March 25th) for a hearing on terminating his probation early.
REPORT: RICK ROSS ARMED WITH SEMI-AUTOMATIC GUN DURING SHOOTING
Reports say that Rick Ross was armed with a Smith & Wesson semi-automatic gun during the drive-by shooting in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. According to The Smoking Gun, the police report from the Fort Lauderdale Police department that Ross had a black and chrome, Smith & Wesson semi-automatic gun.
The gun was reportedly in Ross' front waistband and was fully loaded with one round in the gun's chambers and 11 rounds in the magazine.
According to AllHipHop.com, Ross' handgun license was expired at the time of the shooting and this could mean possible legal trouble for the rapper.
