Halle NOT allowed to move daughter to France
Baby daddy Gabriel Aubry wins fight to keep Nahla in the states
Halle Berry was a big loser in court on Friday.
The judge in her child custody case ruled she could not permanently move her 4-year-old daughter Nahla to France.
Halle wanted to move to Paris to be with her fiancé Olivier Martinez, and argued that tougher paparazzi laws made it safer for Nahla in France then in California.
But Nahla’s father Gabriel Aubry fought Halle and won.
