About Grateful Golden Rescue 

GGRLC is a full service rescue committed to providing rescue and rehabilitation for unwanted, neglected, homeless and displaced Golden Retrievers in the Charleston SC Low Country and Coastal Georgia areas. 

We are dedicated to placing our Goldens in forever homes where they will receive a lifetime of love and care.  We commit to providing the best medical care possible to all our Goldens.  At a minimum we provide: Spay/Neuter, Vaccinations, Parasite Treatment, Heartworm testing: if positive, all dogs will get a chest x-ray, blood work and urinalysis for accurate staging prior to treatment, HW negative dogs will be placed on prevention.  

For those in the final stage of their life, we will provide a warm, loving home for the time they have left before crossing to the bridge. 

Events: 

Join the Walk For Goldens on April 9 to help Golden Retrievers in need. Grand Marshall: Georgia. Here is her story:



We are at Petco in Bluffton the 4th Saturday of every month from 11:00am until 3:00pm. 

We are at PetSmart on Abercorn the 1st Saturday of every month from 2:00pm until 5:00pm. 

We are at Tail Spins twice yearly events. 
We are at the Savannah Dog Carnival yearly. 

During these events we generally have 3 or more of our goldies that are adoptable as well as alumni who show up because they want to help out their less fortunate cousins.
