LUPE FIASCO CALLS OUT PETE ROCK: Lupe Fiasco called into Sway In The Morning to discuss his issues with Pete Rock, surrounding his remake of the hip-hop classic "T.R.O.Y." Pete Rock blasted the song on Twitter and then later tweeted that they resolved their issues. Lupe said that Pete Rock's statement is not completely true. Lupe explained, "That's foul! It was supposed to have been settled, but instead of him doing what he's supposed to do, he comes and puts out this weak, half-ass statement. He didn't mention any of the stuff he was supposed to recant. At least try to put back some of the credibility in me. Got us looking like liars and cheaters and sh*t like that." Lupe claimed that his team reached out to Pete Rock in November to get the sample approved.

DIDDY'S SON GRADUATES FROM HIGH SCHOOL: Diddy tweeted that his 18-year-old son Justin, with ex girlfriend Misa Hylton-Brim, graduated from high school this week. He tweeted, "My son graduates today! Wtf! Justin is graduating High School! Words can't explain. God is the greatest!! (sic)." Justin got a scholarship to play football at UCLA.
T.I. TO RELEASE SECOND NOVEL IN SEPTEMBER: According to XXLMag.com, T.I. is releasing the follow up to his first novel Power & Beauty in September. The book is entitled Trouble & Triumph: A Novel of Power & Beauty and will hit stores on September 11th. T.I.'s new album Trouble Man will hit stores on September 4th.
M.I.A. SIGNS TO ROC NATION MANAGEMENT: Roc Nation has announced that rapper M.I.A. has inked a management deal with the label. She joins a roster of star like, Rihanna, Wale, Shakira, Santigold, Ester Dean, Meek Mill, and Melanie Fiona. Rihanna welcomed her to the family, tweeting, "welcome home MIA." M.I.A.'s fourth album Matangi is due this fall on Interscope Records.
'HIP HOP SQUARES' DEBUTS STRONG: MTV2's new game show series Hip Hop Squares premiered strong this week as the network's highest rated original series launch in the age 12-34 demo and the most watched original series premiere among the same group in the network's history. The second episode will premiere on Tuesday, May 29th at 11pm ET/PT on MTV2, featuring appearances by comedian/actor J.B. Smoove, rappers Biz Markie, Fat Joe, Ghostface Killah and Maino, DJ Khaled, and more.

The Game has been targeted for allegedly receiving a shipment of firearms in James "Henchman" Rosemond's trial. The Compton rapper was managed by Rosemond's Czar Entertainment and was involved with Interscope Records. In a report from an IRS case agent, Rosemond admitted to sending the firearms in custom music crates as a test run for the cocaine. Despite the allegations, the Game has yet to comment. FANTASIA ALMOST HAS WARDROBE MALFUNCTION: USWeekly.com reported that Fantasia almost had a wardrobe malfunction on the red carpet of American Idol season finale at L.A.'s Nokia Theatre on Wednesday night (May 23rd). The singer wore a sparkly purple gown which showed off a lot of cleavage. The magazine said that her breasts nearly came popping out of her dress while on the red carpet. Fantasia also wore a black catsuit while performing Elton John's "Take Me to the Pilot" with contestant Joshua Ledet.

T-BOZ IS BEING SUED BY HONDA: According to TMZ.com, TLC singer T- Boz is being sued by Honda for failing to make payments on her 2005 Honda Odyssey. According to the suit -- which was filed in Georgia, Honda asked a judge for the green light to take the car back. It is not clear how much T-Boz owes in back payments. T-Boz filed for bankruptcy last year, but failed to complete the required paperwork ... and lost the protection bankruptcy provides.
WARRANT ISSUED FOR MARVIN WINANS ARREST: According to TMZ.com, a warrant has been issued out for Reverend Marvin Winans' arrest -- all because of a suspended license. Just a few weeks back, Marvin was car jacked at a Detroit gas station. In a statement, Winans' rep said, "The issue is being addressed ... A lot of that is handled by his administrative team, not by him."
