RUMOR: USHER'S BROTHER SPOTTED 'DRUNK & DISORDERLY': StraightfromtheA.com, Usher's 28-year-old brother James Lackey was spotted "drunk and disorderly" at Twelve bar in Atlantic Station. Staff at the bar said that he got into an argument. He tried to drive off inebriated and he hit a few curbs and flattened both tires on the right side of his vehicle. No one was hurt.
