Lil Wayne is not only alive -- he was released from the hospital on Monday night after he suffered several seizures over the weekend.

Young Money Entertainment president Mack Maine tweeted the news, writing, "Thanks to [Cedars-Sinai] for everything!!! @LiTunechi has been released and is headed home…God is great."

Some reports had Weezy near death on Friday, but Wayne -- or his handlers --  set the record straight by tweeting from his account, "I'm good everybody. Thnx for the prayers and love."

An alleged overdose of sizzurp caused Weezy's seizures and sent him to the hospital.
