Hey TMZ -- looks like Lil Wayne isn't about to die. He's been moved out of the ICU at L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and his condition is listed as stable.

Apparently he's been walking the hallways -- accompanied by bodyguards, of course -- and is eating on his own. Sources say he could even be discharged soon.

On Friday, TMZ reported that Weezy was on death's doorstep after suffering seizures and being rushed to the hospital. He allegedly OD'd on sizzurp.

• TMZ needs to stop with the "we broke the story" stuff. They got it wrong.
• This has happened before and will happen again if Weezy doesn't change his ways.
• Wonder how easy it would be to plant other false stories in TMZ. They're clearly not checking their sources.
